Will I receive a physical version of my testamur?
No, all testamurs (and official records of results) will be sent through eQuals. Students can print their own, or request for EIT to print at an additional cost.
How can I order a replacement testamur?
If your original testamur is lost, destroyed, stolen or damaged, you can order a replacement. You will need to complete and submit a relevant form and fees will apply. Please contact your Higher Education Support (hesupport@eit.edu.au) for more information.
How can my employer verify my EIT testamur?
Once documents are received, students can share their documents with current or future employers.
How long will it take to receive my graduation pack after graduation?
You will receive your official graduation documents through eQuals, 12-14 weeks after graduating.

If you are unable to graduate for any reason, you are able to transfer to another intake. Conditions apply for different courses. Please contact your Learning Support Officer for more information.
