Berry Dikotla, EIT Recruitment and Business Development Manager

With over 10 years of experience in educational recruitment, Berry joined EIT in 2021 as a Course Advisor. Currently, he serves as a Recruitment and Business Development manager for Africa and the Middle East, where he is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential. His passion for empowerment has led him to travel extensively, which includes visits to Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Rwanda, Egypt, Namibia, Tanzania and Australia.

Nobantu Seleka, Learning Support Officer

As a Learning Support Officer, Nobantu draws on her background in psychology and passion for student development to help learners succeed. She provides academic guidance, study tips, and access to key resources, supporting students with empathy and insight. Committed to fostering confidence and growth, Nobantu helps students overcome challenges and achieve their goals throughout their academic journey.​

Basadibotlhe Patience Sento, Course Advisor

Patience is a dedicated Course Advisor who provides personalized guidance to students navigating their academic journeys. With over 10 years of experience in relationship management, she brings a deep understanding of service delivery and a proven ability to help students set and achieve academic goals, explore career opportunities, and develop strategies for success. Passionate about empowering students, Patience is committed to helping them reach their full potential and make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

 

Who is EIT?

The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) provides practical education and training in engineering and technology, designed to equip students with job-ready skills aligned to industry needs across a range of professional development courses and Australian-accredited qualifications. Its lecturers, drawn from around the world, bring considerable industry experience and a passion for teaching.

EIT’s programs are delivered through a live and interactive learning environment, with access to remote and virtual laboratories to support hands-on learning. Courses are available both online and on campus in Australia, using a blended approach to ensure flexibility and real-world application.
